Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries in Europe, but not to non-bridged islands. Contact us here for help with delivery and collection. For delivery outside Europe, we offer collection in Hamburg, see below.

Do you deliver outside Europe?

Unfortunately, we don't deliver – yet – to countries outside Europe, but you can arrange collection from our Bolia pick-up point in Hamburg, for which you will be fully responsible. We also have different partners and dealers all over the world. See them all here. However, delivery can only be made in the country where an order is placed.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery price depends on where you live and how much your order weighs. We offer express delivery from Euro 8 on smaller designs and upwards. Your specific delivery price will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

Can I change the delivery date and address?

Yes, you can – but we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible in the event of any changes. Contact us at Customer Care, and we'll do our best to help you.

Which delivery options can I choose from?

We offer different delivery options, depending on the designs you have in your order. We have the following delivery types: express delivery on selected, smaller designs with GLS. Home delivery to the first designated room. Home delivery incl. carrying, mounting and disposing of packaging if you'd like us to.

Can I have Outlet furniture delivered?

No, unfortunately not. All Outlet furniture must either be collected from the specified store or pick-up point.

Can I postpone my delivery?

Yes, certainly. If, for example, you're moving house and want your delivery to be made later than originally indicated, we'd be happy to postpone the delivery for you. Please note, however, that we can only postpone the delivery by a maximum of 4 months. Contact us here and we'll do our best to help.

During what time period is delivery available?

We generally offer delivery from Wednesday-Saturday, but this depends on where you live and what you need to have delivered. When you order a piece of furniture, you can choose the specific time period in which you wish it to be delivered. If our delivery intervals don't suit you, you can collect your designs for free at our pick-up point. Read more about delivery here.

Can you provide me with the exact time for the delivery of my order?

Not precisely, no. When placing an order, you select a desired time interval for your delivery. Unfortunately, we can't be more precise, as our skilled carriers deliver many orders in one day, and traffic, red lights and other unpredictable factors can all affect your final delivery time. On the other hand, our carriers will contact you on the day, about half an hour before delivery, so you can be ready to welcome your furniture.
