We work as hard and as quickly as we can to answer you, and therefore you can expect an answer from us as soon as possible. We know it might feel like a long time, but we promise we won't forget you. So, please be patient and don't contact us again, as our internal enquiry system automatically ranks enquiries from the oldest to the most recent. This means your new enquiry will be sent to the back of the queue. We will of course keep a close eye on all enquiries to make sure you hear from us as soon as possible.

How do I sign up to your newsletter?

Get great offers and recommendations, messages about inspiring campaigns, new launches and event invitations in your email inbox. When you sign up, we'll treat your information confidentially – name, contact details, nearest store, purchase history and search behaviour – either provided by you, or collected via cookies (if you have consented to this), in order to target our enquiries specifically to your requirements. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example here. Bolia A/S is the data controller, and you can read more about data processing and your rights in our privacy policy.

You can subscribe to our newsletter in different ways, and we look forward to welcoming you! You can either do so here , in the store where we can help you, or during current campaigns, where on Bolia.com, you will come across a small box in the right or left corner.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter in several ways. You can either follow the link at the bottom of all newsletters under 'Unsubscribe from newsletter', you can also unsubscribe on Bolia.com here or by contacting Customer Care. Of course, we hope you’ll stick around a little longer.

How do I use a discount code/promotion code?

Some of our exclusive campaigns require a promotional code to access the discount. This promotional code is automatically applied when you sign up to our newsletter. When you have received a promotional code, simply enter it at the basket when you shop on Bolia.com, or simply present the promotional code in the store at the checkout.

The discount will then be deducted automatically from your purchase.

Please note that offers cannot be combined and discount codes/promotional codes cannot be used on shipping, gift cards or already reduced items.

When do you announce the winners of your competitions?

If you are the lucky winner of one of our competitions, we will contact you directly by email at the end of the competition. We will also publish all the winners with their name and country on Bolia.com and on our Instagram, and we'll make sure to notify you in newsletters and on Bolia.com when the competition has ended and the winners have been found. We have also dedicated a page to the announcement of the winners, but this page varies depending on the competition. Therefore, we always recommend that you keep an eye on the newsletter, where we will tell you when the competition has ended and the winners have been found.
