A return form is required with all returned items, as this is your guarantee that you can return the item to Bolia within the cancellation period.
You are allowed to try out and use items prior to returning an item, but in the event that the sales value of the item has been reduced – either as a result of your use or a lack of original packaging – you will only receive a refund corresponding to the reduced sales value.

Returned items must be properly repackaged in the original packaging, insofar as possible. You must not attach labels to the packaging or write directly on the packaging.
You are responsible for any transportation costs (expect about three times the cost of delivery from Bolia) in connection with item returns. You are responsible for ensuring that items are returned to Bolia in undamaged condition.
