Our stores have skilled and service-minded colleagues, who are always ready to give our customers a world-class experience.

As an employee in a Bolia store, there are endless experiences and career opportunities, and no two days are ever alike. If you thrive in a dynamic and creative Bolia environment, then you have several options to follow. You can start as a Sales Consultant and develop into an Assisting Store Manager and onto becoming a Store Manager for your own Bolia store. You can continue up to Assisting Sales Manager and from there to Sales Manager for multiple stores in one or more Bolia countries. You also have the opportunity to develop in a specialist area, such as Visual Merchandiser, and help decorate and decorate our design stores at home or abroad.

Talent academy
As a store employee in Bolia you can apply for admission to Bolia's "Talent Academy", where the participants receive special training and take courses, with the goal of training the participants to take on the role of i.e. visual merchandiser, Store Manager in one of our stores, or perhaps as "Sales Manager" in charge of one or more countries.

 

 

Experiences all over Europe
We also believe that exciting experiences with other Bolia colleagues make a big difference to our corporate culture and development. That's why our shop assistants have the opportunity to participate in building new stores across Europe. You can apply to participate in a "build up", and the process of helping create a brand new design store will give you experiences and Bolia friends for life. Participating in the development of new stores means you bring new inspiration home to your own store, thereby helping each other to make all our stores even more inspiring.

New adventures
Bolia is constantly expanding with new design stores, and we are therefore looking for new, passionate employees who want to come along on our journey – both in our established countries and in new markets, where we are now looking for employees in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain. And if you want an adventure, then you can become part of a store team in another country for a shorter or longer period. In short – there are endless possibilities in Bolia.

Bolia is founded in Denmark and our international headquarters is located in the centre of Aarhus, internationally recognised for its strong creativity, ranging from design and architecture to art and gastronomy. 

Our goal at Bolia is to become the world's most creative design company, so we bring our passion for design and creativity from our headquarters to work every day. From here we develop our design collections, support our stores and global dealers, as well as handle everything within marketing, IT and e-commerce, customer service, HR, logistics and much more.
