What collection options do I have?

We offer free collection from any Bolia pick-up point. Find your nearest pick-up point here.

How do I collect my furniture?

If you have ordered a collection from a Bolia pick-up point, you will collect your furniture from the selected address. Make sure you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the pick-up point closes, and simply bring your order confirmation and valid proof of identity with you. Please note that our employees at the pick-up point are unable to help carry your furniture, so we therefore recommend that you bring someone else along when picking up larger furniture items.

After receiving your order, you must check and acknowledge the condition of your purchase. It's important that you check whether you have received the correct furniture and whether there is any visible damage to the packaging or design. If everything is as it should be, please sign for receipt. If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of being defective, you should sign for receipt, subject to any damage to the contents, or don't accept the product and leave it at our pick-up point.

I can't collect my order today.

Just pick it up on another day. If you are unable to pick up your order at the specified pick-up time, you can pick it up another day and you don't need to inform us. However, you must collect your order within 14 days of the pick-up time. You can find alternative opening hours on your order confirmation or here.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, certainly. The person collecting the order must simply bring a letter of authorisation, their own ID and the order confirmation. Please note that it is okay for the letter of authorisation to be in digital format.

Can I get any help carrying my furniture when picking up?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. Therefore, we always recommend that you bring one or more people along with you when picking up larger furniture items.

What do I need to bring to collect an item from a pick-up point?

Just bring your order confirmation and valid ID. If someone else is collecting the furniture on your behalf, you can read what he or she should bring here.
