How do I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us in Customer Care as soon as possible. In the case of express goods, simply fill in your return slip with the correct return code and send it back to us

Can I change my order?

At Bolia, almost all our furniture is custom-made according to your preferences, which is why we don't expect you to change your order. But in the vast majority of cases this is possible. If you've changed your mind or e.g. would like a different colour for your sofa, please contact us in Customer Care as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, certainly. The person collecting the order must simply bring a letter of authorisation, their own ID and the order confirmation. Please note that it is okay for the letter of authorisation to be in digital format.

Can I change the delivery date and address?

Yes, certainly. For example, if you have moved address since you placed your order, you can contact us in Customer Care, and we can change the delivery date and address for you. However, this does not apply to express items or items ordered with Click & Collect if the order has already been shipped.

Where is my order?

In your order confirmation, you have received a track & trace number, which you can click on and then follow your order. If you have not received a track & trace number, please contact us in Customer Care. Please note that this only applies to express items and items ordered with Click & Collect.
