My new furniture is offered at a promotional price and cheaper than when I bought it?

At Bolia we offer our customers a 'price guarantee'. This means that if you have ordered Bolia furniture and, contrary to expectation, find an identical product with us at a promotional price within 30 days of purchasing your furniture, you should contact our customer service. You will then receive a gift card for the difference.

When will the money be deducted from my account when I place an order with you?

Designs ordered online and in stores will be prepaid when ordering.

Where can I find your promotions and offers?

At Bolia, we have created a very special agreement with our skilled manufacturers and partners, where we can reserve parts of the production capacity for selected periods. This means we can offer you promotional prices on a selected number of our finest designs. And on, we have gathered all the current promotions right here. For us, sustainability isn't just about creating something that lasts. How do I know that the discount has been deducted from the price?

If there is a discount on your purchase, the discount will always be stated in the basket and on your order confirmation. Some campaigns are only available via a promotional code, so you'll have to enter this code in your shopping basket. Once the code has been entered, the discount will automatically be deducted from your final price. Please note that offers cannot be combined and discount codes/promotional codes cannot be used on shipping, gift cards or already reduced items.

What financing options do you have?

At Bolia, we believe that tailor-made design also requires tailor-made payment. That’s why we’ve partnered with Express Bank to enable you to pay in stages.

In Denmark, Norway and Sweden we cooperate with Express Bank, in Germany, Norway, Sweden with Klarna, and in the Netherlands and Belgium IDEAL payment.

Bolia gift card: How and where can I use it?

You can use your gift card in all our stores and on If you would like to use your gift card on, simply enter the x-number on your gift card in the basket and click on the 'Redeem' button. Then the amount of the gift card will be automatically deducted from your purchase. When making a purchase in a store, just give the staff your gift card. How do I use a discount code/promotion code?

Some of our exclusive campaigns require a promotional code to access the discount. This promotional code will be sent to you automatically via email. When you have received a promotional code, simply enter it at the basket when you shop on, or simply present the promotional code in the store at the checkout.
The discount will then be deducted automatically from your purchase.
Please note that offers cannot be combined and discount codes/promotional codes cannot be used on shipping, gift cards or already reduced items.
