When you place your order and we will immediately make your new furniture, in accordance with your requirements. The full amount is payed when the order is placed. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, BankAxept and Apple Pay and provide the most secure and encrypted online payment on the market.
You can cancel or change your order in full or in part within 4 calendar days of placing your order, without any costs or conditions.
If you cancel or change your order after 4 calendar days, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the cancelled items since the product is made especially for you, and after 4 days, it will be too late to change production.
The amount covers only part of our recirculation and handling costs.
The terms of sale, order confirmation and all other information regarding your order are of course in English.
All prices are stated in GBP and include Danish VAT.
If you order a Bolia product and later find that we have an identical product at a special campaign price, we will refund the full difference between the sales price and the campaign price on a Bolia gift card.
The Bolia price guarantee applies for one month from the order date. In order to use the price guarantee, please contact Bolia Customer Services within the campaign period.
The gift card will be sent by mail 30 days after delivery. The gift card is valid for one year.
