What is a warranty?
A warranty is a voluntary obligation, that goes way beyond the standard right of complaint, that will provide you with peace of mind. We are happy to offer you a 10-year warranty on all furniture and accessories – not just because we believe in the quality of our designs, but also to allow you to feel completely secure when you invest in a new piece – whether it's a 6-seater modular sofa or a handmade ceramic vase.
The small print
Don't worry – there isn't a bunch of complicated small print that you need to worry about – we hope and expect that you will be happy with your Bolia design. But of course, there are some general conditions that must be met for your warranty to be valid. You can find them in our warranty terms and conditions.
All our designs are tested for compliance with European and global standards for strength, durability, stability and safety. Our furniture designs are created by some of Europe's most skilled manufacturers and many designs are thoroughly tested in collaboration with Danish Technological Institute and Bureau Veritas in Germany. That is why our designs are certified for the professional market too – even with a 10-year warranty.
