In the event that you have already used the item, an amount corresponding to the decrease in resale value will be deducted – this also applies if you have discarded the packaging after unpacking, as this significantly reduces the item’s resale value. Therefore, it is a good idea to fold up the packaging and keep it in a safe place until you have made a final decision.
You may choose between exchanging the item for a different item or a cash refund.
