When I create new designs, I'm preoccupied by the quality and have high expectations of the material and its function. I focus on simple design language and my designs should be elegant and able to last generations. My work is particularly based on traditional craftsmanship, and I'm inspired by my surroundings and daily routines. Good design for me is when it harmoniously merges together as a whole, and where the individual elements unite functionality with simplicity and aesthetics.
