How do I return a piece of furniture?

It is not possible to return a design without a returns form. Therefore, you should always contact Customer Care to receive a returns form if you have lost it. The condition of the furniture and the original packaging are important when returning. We recommend that you always keep the original packaging, as the furniture should always be returned in it. Please note that the packaging may be opened but not destroyed. If any of the packaging is missing or damaged, it may mean a deterioration in value, which you'll be liable for. You must ensure that the furniture is securely packaged when you return it. You are responsible for the package until we have received it. Therefore, we recommend that you save the receipt and any track & trace number.

Until when can I return my furniture?

We always offer a 30-day cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you have the furniture in your physical possession. The cancellation deadline is met if you send a clear notification that you have changed your mind about the purchase before the expiry of the deadline. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the furniture or by refraining from collecting it without notifying that you are cancelling it. If you have ordered several pieces of furniture in one order and we are unable to deliver the furniture at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the day your last piece of furniture is in your physical possession.

Can I exchange a piece of furniture for another model/colour/size?

It's totally fine to change your mind, which is why in most cases you can exchange your design. However, exchanges are only possible on express items and items purchased in store, and not on custom-made furniture, as these are uniquely tailor-made for you.

How can I get a refund?

We will refund the amount in the same way that you paid for your order. This means that if you have paid with a card, the money will be refunded onto the same card. If you have bought and exchanged in the store, you can either have the money paid in cash or refunded onto your payment card.

How long will it take for me to receive the money after a return?

We aim to refund your return as soon as possible, but there may well be a processing time. We expect the money to be refunded to your payment card or bank account within 14 bank days.

How much does it cost to return a piece of furniture?

If the original packaging has been thrown away, or if the condition of the product has deteriorated, you will be charged a fee that can be up to 25% of the value of the product.

I have thrown away the original packaging. Can I still return my furniture?

If any of the packaging is missing or damaged, it may mean a deterioration in value, which you'll be liable for. Therefore, we always recommend that you keep the original packaging, as we require that you return the furniture in it. If you've bought a sofa, we recommend that you wrap your design in other suitable packaging if you haven't kept all of the original packaging.
