Sharing creativity
For 3daysofdesign 2023 we explored creativity and the many ways it unfolds, with some of the coolest, most creative people we know. We love building new creative collaborations, because we believe that our world becomes an even better and more inspiring place to live in when we share our creativity.
With our new flagship store and professional showroom at Holmen, Copenhagen, we have the perfect space to set the scene for creativity to unfold. In the stunning premises of ‘Kuglegården’, we brought our Scandinavian design heritage to the absolute forefront, with exclusive sneak peeks of our new collection, and a celebration of the Bolia Design Awards 2023 finalists, winners, and everyone who has taken part since the beginning – more than 16 years ago.
Exploring the intersection between art, design and gastronomy, we teamed up with multi-artist Frederikke Legaard, who created an incredible art piece with our Cosima sofa, as well as the most breath-taking food installations. Every detail was meticulously handcrafted, from faux whipped cream piping and cherries to picturesque fougasse and limited-edition cocktails.

Sex is not a natural act
With an activist focus on the body and sexuality, and with both humor and critical thinking, artist Maja Malou Lyse presented her research within a field we normally consider to be the most natural in the world.

Futurist Liselotte Lyngsø gave us an inspiring insight into our future work lives and how AI technology is expected to escalate immensely, leaving us with lots of opportunities for new ways of working.
An atmospheric ambience fi lled the room when DJ PLOY
took the scene in our Noora sofa and invited us into her
dreamy musical universe. Sounds meant to exude feelings
of intimacy and warmth, ranging from house brimming
with Detroit vibes to deep grooves, disco, funk and garage.
The passionate coffee roasters of La Cabra served live slow-brew every morning, for everyone to have a calm beginning of their day. La Cabra is meticulous when they choose their raw materials and create their rich and vibrant taste profiles, and we serve their coffee in our design stores all around the world.
