La Cabra approaches coffee with deep appreciation for the raw material. The character of a coffee cherry is shaped by highly specific conditions, requiring great skill from the producer to bring it to life. That’s why they only work with trusted partners to source their coffees, both directly with producers and through a select few importing companies, but always with exceptional quality in mind.
La Cabra crée les expériences de café les plus fraîches, en reflétant le plus fidèlement possible la saisonnalité de la récolte du café dans son offre. En se rendant dans les pays d’origine plusieurs fois par an, l’entreprise travaille en étroite collaboration avec les producteurs qualifiés qui transmettent leur amour et leur passion dans chaque plant de café et chaque cerise de caféier en maturation.
