General terms and conditions
The competition runs from 1 December until 22 December 2025. We'll draw a lucky winner on 23 December 2025.
The competition runs in the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Spain.
To enter the BOLIA competition, submit your name, date of birth, postal code and nearest store when you register for MyBOLIA.
The competition is organised by BOLIA A/S, Værkmestergade 11.1 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. CVR: 25451996 (hereinafter “BOLIA”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us by email at kundeservice@bolia.com.
By participating in a competition with BOLIA A/S, the participant accepts the above competition rules. In case of disagreement or doubt about the terms and conditions, Danish law and jurisdiction shall apply.
Who can participate?
Everyone, of course. Your best friend, your mum, your neighbour. However, you must be at least 15 years old. You can only enter once per email address. BOLIA employees and members of their household may not participate in the competition.
Participation is only possible if you are a resident of a country where the competition runs.
BOLIA reserves the right to exclude participants if BOLIA suspects that the participant does not comply with these terms and conditions or otherwise abuses the competition.
Prize
The prize is 1 x Mielo armchair in any fabric - excluding sheepskin and leather. The prize is worth up to DKK 14,935.
The prize is from BOLIA's own collection and may not be exchanged for other prizes or cash.
The prize will no longer be available if BOLIA closes its store and/or webshop in the country where the winner has been found.

TAX on prize
BOLIA will pay any tax on the entire prize, if required in the country in question, but the winner may be subject to individual taxation depending on their country of residence.
The winner
After the competition has ended, the winner will be selected at random from all validly registered participants. The draw will be carried out using a digital randomisation tool that automatically generates a random result based on a complete list of participants. This approach ensures an objective and transparent process where each participant has an equal chance of being selected as a winner. The winner will be announced shortly afterwards with their name and country on our website and on our Instagram. The winner will be contacted by email. The winner then has 30 days to claim the prize. If BOLIA does not hear from the winner within 30 days of contacting them, the winner’s claim to the prize will lapse. I In the event that the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited completely.
The winner can choose delivery to their home or pick-up at their nearest BOLIA store. Please note that we only send prizes within Europe. If the winner lives outside of the EU, the prize can be collected from any Bolia store.
