Seed is a versatile series of chairs designed by Hans Thyge & Co. that can be mixed and matched – available as a regular chair, an armchair and in an outdoor version. The shell is shaped into a poetic form, made entirely from recycled plastics, and designed to embrace you with exceptional comfort and support. In the process of melting and casting would-be waste materials into form, a subtle play of colour is created, making every shell unique.

Vores teak er 100% FSC®-certificeret og produceret i Panama hos et familieejet skovbrug. Træerne plantes udelukkende på græsarealer, og således aldrig på bekostning af naturlige skovområder, og dyrkes med minimal brug af bekæmpelsesmidler. Det gøres ved at undervegetationen manuelt fjernes med macheter, og på den måde bliver til naturlig gødning for trævæksten samt støtter områdets biodiversitet. Denne tilgang til plantageskovbrug leder både til træ af den absolut bedste kvalitet og et økosystem i bedre balance. Skovarbejderne er ligeledes sikret gode arbejds- og lønforhold, og ved løbende at uddanne ansatte, er et stort antal af for eksempel maskinførere i dag arbejdere, der startede i skoven.
